A 385m2 detached, locally listed family home in a conservation area. A total refurbishment with new loft extension, side extension with basement, rear terrace, home office, snugs and library. The new open plan kitchen/dining brings much needed bright family hub connecting the garden with glass openings onto the sunshine terrace. We created a stepped brick terrace for lots of plants and colour too.

Interesting fact: the existing steel columns to the rear terrace were the posts to Liverpool Road street lamps. We stripped them back and made them beautiful.
